This page says what we collect, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. We sell your data to no one.

What we collect

Programs you apply to have their own privacy notice, given when you apply.

Our customer list

We keep a customer list: your email address, which readings you received, whether each was free or paid, and the dates. We keep it to run the service and to see who has received readings.

Emails

Our emails are about your account: sign-in links, your readings, your timing calendar, your orders, gifts, referral rewards, and wait-list invitations.

We send no marketing or newsletter emails today. If we start, we will ask you first, and every such email will have an unsubscribe link.

Who else handles it

Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Server logs

Our hosting provider's request logs can include your IP address, the time, the page you requested and your browser type. They are kept for at most 30 days, for security and for fixing errors. Our own logs don't record each visit. When something goes wrong, they record the error and the page where it happened.

How long we keep it

Deleting your data

Email support@zodiacintegration.com from the address you use with us. We delete your readings, your charts, your gift records and your account, with the sign-ins and emails that go with them.

We keep only the payment records the law requires: the amount and date of each paid order, and Stripe's reference for the payment. We keep them under an account with no email or name.

We also keep a one-way code made from your email address (a hash), not the address itself. Our mail system checks it, so we don't send you email you didn't ask for. Email you ask for, such as a sign-in link, still reaches you.

If you come back later, you can create a new account, but the free reading is one per email address.

A database backup made before the deletion can still hold your data until that backup is removed. The services above keep their own records under their own policies.
