What this is

ExactSky produces personalized astrology readings: digital documents calculated from the birth details you provide, comparing Western, Vedic and Chinese astrology, and delivered in a private online viewer.

What a reading is

A reading is a tool for insight and self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it doesn't predict or decide your future. Your decisions remain yours. If something in a reading touches a serious concern, talk to a qualified professional.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: Stripe processes your payment, collects any applicable sales tax and handles payment disputes. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds are unconditional within 7 days; see Refunds.

Your account and your reading

• You sign in with a link we email you, so keep your email account secure.
• Your reading is licensed to you for personal use. You're welcome to share what you learn from it, but don't resell or republish the document itself.
• Please enter accurate birth details. The reading is calculated from exactly what you enter.

Fair use of the service

Don't abuse the free reading, try to access other people's data, or interfere with the service. We may refuse or cancel service in cases of abuse. Paid orders remain covered by our refund policy either way.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and note any material changes on this page.
