Refunds

If you don't want your reading, we'll refund it. You don't need to give a reason.

Ask within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount. Reply to your delivery email, or write to support@zodiacintegration.com from the email address you bought with.

How it works

• Stripe, our payment provider and merchant of record, returns the money to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Once an order is refunded, its reading can no longer be opened.
• Referral rewards are only issued after this 7-day window closes, so a refunded purchase never earns one.
• The free reading costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
